Class Offerings

Find your center in a calm and safe space in the studio. There will be wellness and skills based classes offered throughout the month for children, teens, adults, and couples.

Classes will need to be booked and paid in advance to ensure space. Cell phones are expected to be turned off during the class. Depending on the type of class, the waiting area may or may not be available.

Yoga mats, seated pillows, blankets, and eye coverings will be available for use. You are permitted to bring your own items for your personal use if you choose.

Mindfulness for Teens

A safe place for teens to learn how to be calm, sit in the moment, take back control of their awareness, and be at peace. This class is run by Brooke Spradlin, MS, LPC. There will be space allotted for up to 10 people. Insurance is not accepted for skills based classes.

 

Group Sound Bath

Experience relaxation, heightened awareness, emotional release, mental clarity, and calm through an immersion of therapeutic, soothing sounds created by singing bowls. Enjoy a state of relaxation, while reducing stress and promoting healing.
